For Membership Communication

DuckReform is a grassroots group started by a group of concerned sportsmen to distribute factual information about federal refuge management practices that have damaged the sport of duck hunting, and to organize support to provide solutions to the problem. Please limit your postings to this issue. This is not intended to be a general duck hunting chatroom.

1. Stay on topic and avoid unnecessary email messages. Please sign your messages and include your email address in your signature line so people can respond directly to you for matters of personal interest to avoid unnecessary email messages. Please reply directly to the sender if your reply will not benefit the entire list. Simple yes, no, agree or disagree type of messages without substantive elaboration only clogs up others' e-mail in-boxes. Please send your personal replies directly to the sender at the address given in the sender.s signature line.
2. If you are leaving town or will be away, and intend to set your email program to automatically reply that you are away, then you need to suspend yourself from this forum before you leave so we will not receive your auto-responder replies. To suspend your account while you are away, or to otherwise edit your account options to include unsubscribing from this listserver, go to: http://duckreform.org/ and click on the .Listserver. link. Your password will be required to modify your account options, and if you need to be reminded what it is, you may request that it be emailed to you by inserting your email address in the space provided at the bottom of the said .Listserver. link page.
3. Be careful what you say in this forum and avoid disparaging remarks, as there is no guarantee that this is a secure means of communication.
4. Change the subject line to a meaningful subject to help everyone better manage their email. It will also help if you delete everything except that to which you are replying.
